- Include your name, return address, phone number, and a brief description of the repair needed.
- Consider purchasing shipping insurance for valuable footwear.

3. RETURN SHIPPING AFTER REPAIR
 
Once your repair is complete, we will contact you and ship your shoes back promptly. Return shipping charges are applied at store checkout unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. ORDER SHIPPING (PRODUCTS)
 
For product orders placed on our website (shoe care supplies, laces, etc.), orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We ship within the contiguous United States only.
